Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials and be legally able to accept these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable use

You may use IntelJunky for lawful communication, communities, commerce and creative activity. You may not use it to exploit children, distribute non-consensual intimate material, make credible threats, commit fraud, distribute malware, defeat another person's security, or knowingly facilitate other illegal activity.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant IntelJunky the limited technical permission required to encrypt, store, transmit, reproduce for delivery, and display it to the audience you select. This permission ends when the material is deleted, subject to queued deletion, backups, legal preservation duties and copies already received by others.

4. Moderation

IntelJunky may restrict, remove or preserve content and may suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people or systems, investigate a documented report, or comply with valid law. Private material is not routinely inspected. The narrower review rules in the Privacy & Video Review Policy apply.

5. Service and updates

The platform is evolving and may change. We work to preserve availability and data, but no networked service can promise uninterrupted operation or absolute immunity from every defect or attack. Browser and security updates may be required for continued access.

6. Enforcement and appeals

Actions should be proportionate to the issue. Where appropriate, users may request review through the official support process. Serious safety, fraud, security or legal circumstances may require immediate action.
