Privacy & Video Review Policy

Version 2026-07-27.1 · Effective July 27, 2026

Information used to operate the service

IntelJunky processes account details, security and session records, content you submit, the audiences you choose, and technical records needed to authenticate users, route traffic, prevent abuse, deliver media and diagnose failures. We do not sell private account access to advertisers, corporations or governments.

Private video and livestream review

We do not routinely watch or manually inspect private livestreams or saved private videos.

Human review may occur only when a specific account, stream or item becomes part of a documented and registered platform-safety investigation based on a user report, credible evidence, or detected circumstances that reasonably indicate prohibited or illegal activity. Review must be limited to the accounts and material identified by that investigation. Staff are not authorized to browse private media out of curiosity or for unrelated purposes.

Public livestreams and public recordings can be viewed by anyone according to their public settings. Automated encryption, storage, delivery, integrity checks, malware detection and technical diagnostics do not constitute human viewing.

Administrative safeguards

Authorized review and intervention should require a recorded case, limited permissions, a stated reason and an audit record. Administrative access is separate from the Law Enforcement Kiosk and does not create unrestricted government access.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained while needed to provide the service, protect security, maintain required records, resolve disputes and satisfy lawful preservation obligations. Deletion may require time to propagate through queues, mirrors, CDNs and protected backups.

Your choices

You control the audience for walls, Groups, Churches and supported media. Some records are essential to authentication, security and transaction integrity and cannot be disabled while the account remains active.
