Warrant & Law Enforcement Kiosk Disclosure
Warrant-only disclosure policy
IntelJunky does not provide law enforcement with unrestricted or permanent access to user information. A request must be supported by a legally valid warrant, authenticated and reviewed by a human before disclosure. Informal requests, fishing expeditions and requests from corporations or advertisers do not qualify for LEK access.
Exact scope
Any approved disclosure is limited to the subjects, accounts, identifiers, data categories and time period expressly listed in the verified warrant. A warrant concerning one account does not authorize searching unrelated users or material.
Pan-assisted verification
Pan may organize evidence, check known relationships, identify mismatches and report when something is not understood. Pan does not authorize disclosure. A human reviewer must compare Pan's report with the original legal instrument and approve the exact release scope.
Temporary controlled access
Approved material may be made available through a narrowly scoped, time-limited disclosure session. The session does not provide reusable credentials or ongoing access. Requests, decisions, access events and disclosed items should be recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail.
Separate from platform moderation
IntelJunky's authority to investigate a documented platform-safety report and stop prohibited activity is an internal service-protection function. It is separate from external law-enforcement disclosure and does not allow an agency to direct routine monitoring.
